We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Developer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile game development, integrating third-party SDKs, implementing monetization strategies, and optimizing game performance to improve revenue and player experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile games using Unity and C#.
• Integrate and manage third-party SDKs for advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, attribution, and other game services.
• Implement and optimize monetization features, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and in-app purchases.
• Work with ad mediation platforms such as AppLovin MAX, Unity LevelPlay, or AdMob.
• Integrate analytics and attribution tools to track player behavior, retention, ad performance, and revenue.
• Troubleshoot SDK integration issues, resolve compatibility conflicts, and manage SDK updates.
• Optimize game performance, loading times, memory usage, and stability across mobile devices.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, product managers, and user acquisition teams to improve monetization and player engagement.
• Analyze monetization metrics
• Ensure compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, privacy requirements, and advertising guidelines.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in game development, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Strong proficiency in Unity and C#.
• Proven experience integrating third-party SDKs into mobile games.
• Hands-on experience with ad monetization and mediation platforms 
• Experience implementing in-app purchases and integrating payment-related game services.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution platforms such as Firebase, Game Analytics, Adjust, or Apps Flyer.
• Understanding of mobile game monetization models, player retention, and revenue optimization.
• Experience debugging SDK-related issues and resolving Android/iOS integration problems.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS build processes, plugins, and deployment requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

• Experience working on published mobile games with measurable monetization results.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, ad placement optimization, and monetization experiments.
• Familiarity with remote configuration, live operations, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
