Performance Marketing Intern
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking paid user acquisition campaigns
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, Retention, etc.)
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams
Analyze data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
Research competitor ads, markets, audiences, and industry benchmarks
Coordinate with design and product teams for ad creatives and targeting
Perform A/B testing on creatives and campaign settings
Ensure user acquisition goals are achieved through continuous optimization
Requirements
BBA in Marketing preferred (or related discipline)
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Very good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets
Interest in gaming, mobile apps, and digital advertising
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity, AppLovin (Plus point)
Strong observational and reporting ability
