Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking paid user acquisition campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, Retention, etc.)

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams

  • Analyze data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities

  • Research competitor ads, markets, audiences, and industry benchmarks

  • Coordinate with design and product teams for ad creatives and targeting

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives and campaign settings

  • Ensure user acquisition goals are achieved through continuous optimization


Requirements

  • BBA in Marketing preferred (or related discipline)

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Very good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Interest in gaming, mobile apps, and digital advertising

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity, AppLovin (Plus point)

  • Strong observational and reporting ability
