Performance Marketing Executive
Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results for a business or organization. They focus on paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms to increase the ROI of marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, create, and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Set campaign goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
· Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs and performance targets.
· Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals.
· Conduct market research and audience segmentation to ensure campaigns are targeting the right demographic.
· Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies for better results.
· Optimize ad spend by allocating budgets to the best-performing channels.
· Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management or stakeholders.
· Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
· Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign performance data.
· Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
· Work with the SEO team to integrate paid campaigns with organic strategies for holistic growth.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Explore new platforms and technologies to expand the scope of performance marketing efforts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in performance marketing (at least 1-3 years).
· Strong understanding of PPC advertising, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital platforms.
· Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
