Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and methodologies
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a professional environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
