We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to lead the development of games from concept to launch. You will manage cross-disciplinary teams including designers, developers, artists, QA, and marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with creative vision. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and development pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with the creative and production teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for game development cycles
  • Plan sprints, iterations, and releases using Agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and resource requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and progress review meetings
  • Assign tasks and track completion across disciplines (art, design, programming, QA)
  • Encourage collaboration between designers, artists, programmers, QA, and external partners
  • Monitor and report on resource utilization and allocation
  • Adjust plans and budgets proactively to address bottlenecks or overruns
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure game features meet design specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards
  • Maintain alignment between creative vision and technical feasibility
  • Provide regular project status updates to studio leadership
  • Maintain project dashboards with progress, budget, and milestone tracking
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Facilitate approvals at key project milestones
  • Oversee launch coordination including patches, updates, and feature rollouts
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned
  • Implement process improvements for future game development projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree Project Management, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience managing projects
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
  • Agile/Scrum project management
  • Resource and budget management
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving under tight deadlines
