Game Producer
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking game development milestones and deliverables
Prepare and maintain production documentation such as timelines, feature lists, and task breakdowns
Monitor project progress, update task boards, and report development status to stakeholders
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
Collect feedback and assist with QA processes to ensure high product quality
Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed
Use production tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar to manage workflow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in game production, project management, or related roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Game Design, Computer Science, Media Studies, Data Analysis, Management Science, or a related field
Strong passion for video games; keeps up with trends and actively plays games to understand mechanics and player experiences
Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Prior experience in game projects—professional, academic, or personal—is a plus
