About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer / User Acquisition (UA) Specialist to join our growing team in the mobile gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth for our mobile games.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, and a passion for performance marketing in the gaming ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and Retention and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and monetization teams to improve campaign performance
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly campaign budgets efficiently
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in mobile marketing
  • Support scaling strategies for successful campaigns

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition / Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Google Ads (UAC / App Campaigns)
    • TikTok Ads
    • Unity Ads or similar ad networks
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as:
    • AppsFlyer
    • Adjust
    • Firebase
  • Understanding of monetization models (IAA, IAP, Hybrid Monetization)
  • Experience with creative testing and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of LiveOps and player lifecycle management
