We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Game Producer to join our game development team. - Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking game development milestones and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain production documentation such as timelines, feature lists, and task breakdowns
- Monitor project progress, update task boards, and report development status to stakeholders
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
- Collect feedback and assist with QA processes to ensure high product quality
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed
- Use production tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar to manage workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in game production, project management, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Game Design, Computer Science, Media Studies, Data Analysis, Management Science, or a related field
- Strong passion for video games; keeps up with trends and actively plays games to understand mechanics and player experiences
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
- Prior experience in game projects—professional, academic, or personal—is a plus
