Art Generalist
We are looking for a versatile Art Generalist who can contribute across multiple art disciplines, including 2D, 3D, UI, and visual polish. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic foundation, adapts quickly to different styles, and collaborates closely with designers, developers, and animators to deliver high-quality visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 2D and/or 3D assets including characters, environments, props, and UI elements
Support multiple art pipelines based on project needs (gameplay, marketing, UI, or animation)
Ensure art assets meet technical requirements and performance standards
Maintain visual consistency with the game or product’s art direction
Collaborate with game designers and developers to implement assets in-engine
Optimize assets for performance and platform requirements
Assist in polishing visuals, lighting, textures, and overall presentation
Participate in reviews, iterations, and feedback cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong fundamentals in art, color theory, composition, and anatomy
Experience with industry-standard tools such as: Photoshop / Illustrator, Blender / Maya / 3ds Max, Substance Painter / Designer, Unity (preferred)
Ability to work in multiple art styles (casual, stylized, semi-realistic)
Understanding of game art pipelines and asset optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mobile game development
Basic knowledge of animation, rigging, or VFX
Experience creating UI/UX assets for games or apps
Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Perforce)
