What You’ll Do

• Work closely with leadership on day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion without constant follow-ups
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Track progress, follow up, and ensure deadlines are met
• Support in communication, reporting, and documentation
• Solve problems on the go and handle ad-hoc challenges
• Bring structure, speed, and accountability to ongoing work

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• A “get things done” mindset with high ownership
• Strong attitude, discipline, and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
