We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Senior Business Strategy Associate to work closely with the CEO on high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong ownership, and can translate ideas into execution.

You will be at the center of strategic decision-making, supporting cross-functional projects, structuring ambiguous problems, and ensuring key priorities move forward effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business planning, and operational priorities
• Conduct research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support decision-making
• Translate high-level ideas into structured plans, timelines, and actionable deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and alignment on key projects
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
• Track progress of strategic initiatives and proactively identify bottlenecks
• Support in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a similar role
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity
• Highly proactive with a “can-do” attitude and strong sense of ownership
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
