About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to join one of our teams at Game District. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing UA campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels.

This role is heavily focused on data analysis, performance tracking, and decision-making using insights from dashboards, BI tools, and marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills are more important than a pure UA background.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, including CPI, ROAS, Cohorted ROAS, ROI, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPDAU, and other growth and monetization KPIs.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
  • Work closely with the creative, product, monetization, and analytics teams to improve performance
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly campaign budgets efficiently
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Support campaign scaling strategies based on data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, tracking consistency, and reporting integrity
  • Stay updated with UA trends, ad platform updates, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC), TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or similar advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, campaign optimization, and KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, CTR, and Retention, with experience using AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase.
  • Experience in mobile gaming or mobile app marketing, with knowledge of IAA, IAP, and Hybrid monetization models.

Nice to Have

  • Strong experience with SQL and data querying
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and convert them into insights
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and reporting tasks simultaneously
