Game Producer

We are looking for a Game Producer with 2–3 years of experience in mobile game development to lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, high-quality game delivery. The ideal candidate understands the full game lifecycle, from concept to live operations, and can balance creativity, timelines, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the production roadmap and delivery timelines for mobile games.
• Coordinate with design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams.
• Translate product vision into actionable plans, milestones, and sprints.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers.
• Ensure timely releases and smooth live operations.
• Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions for updates and features.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Drive team communication and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in game production or project management in mobile games.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Good knowledge of F2P models, monetization, and live ops.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
