Monetization Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and optimize monetization performance across multiple mobile game titles
Track and report key KPIs including ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV, retention, conversion rates, eCPM, fill rate, and overall revenue trends
Build, maintain, and enhance automated dashboards and reporting systems using Microsoft Excel
Identify revenue growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of player behavior, in-game economies, and monetization funnels
Support and optimize in-app purchases (IAPs), ad monetization strategies, pricing models, and live operations events
Independently analyze A/B test results and provide data-driven recommendations
Work closely with Product, UA, Game Design, and Analytics teams to align monetization strategies with game performance goals
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all monetization reporting
Present insights and performance summaries to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in analytics, monetization, business intelligence, or mobile gaming (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, logical functions, charts, data visualization, and basic automation)
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Experience working with performance metrics and large datasets
Solid understanding of mobile game monetization models (IAP, ads, hybrid monetization)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Clear communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
