Game District is looking for an analytical, and passionate Product Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of our mobile entertainment products. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to step into the mobile entertainment industry and play a meaningful role in product decisions that reach millions of users every day. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product Strategy, Design, and Data - analyzing user behavior, designing new features, running experiments, and driving improvements to engagement, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and document new product features, LiveOps events, and progression systems.
- Set up, Execute, and Analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, product data, and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Model and balance user journeys, behaviors, and monetization funnels using spreadsheets and mathematical simulations.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to spot trends in the mobile entertainment space.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Artists, User Acquisition, and QA to ensure features are delivered with quality and clear intent.
- Review user feedback from community channels, app store reviews, and Discord to surface actionable insights.
- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and help shape the product roadmap.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative Field (recent grads strongly encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of relevant experience also welcome).
- A genuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about how they are built, balanced, and monetized.
- An analytical mindset with comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Requirements:
- Familiarity with mobile F2P games and the ability to deconstruct their core loops, mechanics, and monetization systems.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling).
- Exposure to A/B testing concepts, statistics, or experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
- Background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma and Miro
