Job Description
Game District is an emerging Mobile Games Leader with 1 billion+ Games Downloads and is trusted by the biggest companies like NFL, Hobbits, LEGO, and Outfit7.
We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who can be a part of the Game District Family.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs
  • Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social
  • Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently
  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns
  • Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
  • Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels


EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
  • You have solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Skills in search platforms including; Google AdWords
  • 3+ years of experience
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
