We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts while ensuring data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support decision-making
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance
• Conduct root cause analysis for business problems

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools
• Automate recurring reports and data extraction processes
• Translate business requirements into visual analytics solutions
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting metrics
• Present data insights in clear and compelling formats

Data Management & Quality

• Validate data accuracy and ensure integrity across data sources
• Work with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and models
• Define data standards and documentation for datasets
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders

Advanced Analytics

• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Build forecasting models for business metrics
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using data

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior data analysts
• Review analytical work and provide feedback
• Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Contribute to analytics strategy and roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
