Ad Monetization Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Monetization Associate to support and optimize revenue generation from digital ad platforms. The ideal candidate will help maximize ad performance, manage campaigns, and contribute to overall monetization strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and optimizing ad monetization across digital platforms (mobile apps, websites, etc.)
• Monitor daily ad performance metrics (eCPM, CTR, fill rate, revenue, etc.)
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and revenue improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with ad networks (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, programmatic platforms, etc.)
• Support A/B testing of ad placements, formats, and strategies
• Generate performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Ensure proper implementation of ad integrations in collaboration with tech teams
• Stay updated with industry trends in ad tech and monetization strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in digital ads, marketing analytics, or ad operations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of digital advertising ecosystem
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Experience with mobile app monetization or gaming ads
• Exposure to tools like Google Ad Manager, AdMob, or similar platforms
